Design.
Our expert design team collaborates closely with customers to realize their ideal final product. We develop precise methodologies for pattern equipment and optimize component designs to ensure seamless performance in their end-use applications.

Casting.
Once the ideal casting design and running system are finalized, production begins. Our highly experienced team of molders and casters produces components to the highest industry standards, utilizing both sand and die casting methods. We accommodate a wide range of specifications, creating parts up to 150kg via sand casting and up to 15kg via die casting. To ensure maximum efficiency and quality control, our facility features dedicated production areas for yellow metal sand casting, aluminum sand casting, and aluminum die casting.

Fettling.
Following production, all castings undergo a thorough finishing process to prepare them for delivery or further machining. This begins with removing the running system, followed by meticulous fettling to clear away any excess material formed during the casting process. Finally, components are shot-blasted to achieve a clean, uniform surface finish.

Machining.
We feature a dedicated machine shop and quality control office, transforming raw castings through precise milling and turning operations. Our capabilities span a diverse range, from standard hole-drilling for fireplaces to high-end, micrometer-precision machining. Utilizing advanced Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), we rigorously inspect high-stakes components like train braking systems. We also offer comprehensive pressure testing facilities. To guarantee repeatable, exacting standards, we design and manufacture custom jigs for both machining and pressure testing operations—all expertly monitored to ensure the highest product quality.

Treatment Processes.
To meet precise customer requirements and industry standards, we offer a range of specialized treatment processes. This includes heat treatment tailored to specifications such as TE, TF, and TB7. Additionally, we provide post-machining resin impregnation, a process that effectively seals castings to guarantee absolute pressure tightness.

Finishing Processes.
Beyond shot-blasting and machining, we provide further finishing options and secondary operations to deliver a fully completed product. These capabilities include expert welding assembly and durable powder coating, tailored to your exact aesthetic and functional needs.
